Before you book your dream holiday with Cheap Holidays Maker UK, please take a moment to read our terms and conditions. By agreeing to these terms and conditions and sending us your booking request, you enter a contract with us as soon as we receive your non-refundable deposit. Please ensure you understand all our rules and policies.

1. Passport and Visa:

  • Ensure you have a valid passport and any necessary visas for your destination. Your passport should be valid for at least six months beyond your departure date.
  • You’re responsible for obtaining the required documentation and ensuring compliance with travel requirements.
  • Keep a copy of your passport and other important documents with you during your trip.

2. Ticket Policy:

  • Confirm your flight at least 72 hours before departure.
  • Once your flight is confirmed, the ticket deposit is non-refundable, and fares may change before your ticket is issued.
  • We will assist with changes or delays in your flight schedule to the best of our ability but recommend travel insurance for unexpected events.
  • Always double-check your ticket details before your trip.

3. Hotel Policy:

  • Hotel rates and availability may change without notice.
  • The standard check-in and check-out times apply to hotel bookings.
  • We will offer an alternative option if the hotel you selected is unavailable.
  • Extra beds for families may not match the size of the regular beds in the room.

4. Deposit Policy:

  • A deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking.
  • Deposits are non-refundable, so pay any remaining balances on time to avoid rate changes.

5. Baggage Allowance:

  • Each airline has its own rules on baggage weight and size; please adhere to them.
  • You are responsible for your luggage and personal belongings throughout the journey.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Changes or cancellations may incur fees according to our or the airline’s policy.
  • Refunds for canceled or amended tours will be processed within 30 to 40 days.

7. Complaints:

  • If you encounter issues during your trip, let us know immediately.
  • You have 21 days from the event or seven days after returning from your trip to submit complaints.

8. Check-In Time:

  • Arrive at the airport at least three hours before international and two hours before domestic flights.

9. Meal Requests:

  • Meal requests are subject to airline policies; while we will pass your request on, we cannot guarantee it.

10. Legal Matters:

  • Travel arrangements must comply with UK law, and you must follow local laws while abroad.
